Just made some keto coconut bread.

It’s high in protein, fiber and super low in carbs.
Recipe:
1/2 cup of coconut flour
1/2 cup of salted butter
5 eggs
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
Use a hand mixer until batter is thick.
